As a licensed psychotherapist in Seattle, WA, I offer specialized emotional abuse counseling at my Green Lake office, providing a supportive and grounded environment for healing. With more than 35 years of experience, I integrate established therapeutic frameworks with mindfulness-based and experiential approaches to help clients understand and recover from the effects of emotional abuse. Emotional abuse, whether through manipulation, gaslighting, chronic criticism, or control, can leave individuals feeling confused, anxious, and disconnected from themselves.
